The Gospel of Thomas 14

14 1) Jesus said to them , "if you fast , you will bring sin upon yourself , 2) and if you pray , you will be condemned, 3) and if you give to charity , you will harm your spirits .

is this a false teaching .. ? or this is a hidden sayings .. ?
